TCC’s ChemFlexx TOTM is a nearly colorless oily liquid, free of foreign materials. It is a primary branched monomeric plasticizer produced for polyvinyl chloride homopolymer and copolymer resins. ChemFlexx TOTM is recommended for use in end-use areas where extreme low volatility is required.
ChemFlexx TOTM is a lasting primary plasticizer with the good points of both polyester and monomer plasticizers. The compound is suitable for PVC, cellulose nitrate, ethyl cellulose and poly methyl methacrylate. With above average electrical properties, it is mainly used in electrical wire and cable for 105°C level applications. Other end uses include sealing gaskets and similar products.

Trimellitate plasticizers are an alternative for phthalate plasticizers when high temperature applications and low volatility are important.
TCC’s ChemFlexx TOTM exhibits low migration properties and extraction resistance properties that are required for dishwasher gaskets, medical tubing and photograph storage. In appropriate situations, ChemFlexx TOTM plasticizer can also be blended with other lower volatility plasticizers such as DUP and DOTP.
