The Chemical Company uses Google Adwords to share our web ads across the internet. This service will use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. To opt out of Google’s use of cookies visit your google ads settings. https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated

The Chemical Company may repurpose your email address to send official TCC (The Chemical Company) materials. You have the option to unsubscribe from these emails by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email and follow the steps provided. These emails will be sent using Constant Contact, which is GDPR compliant.

The Chemical Company also uses Lead Forensics. When you visit our website, the Lead Forensics software tracks the active business IP address and matches it to further business details they hold in their market leading database. Lead Forensics then provides details such as business name and address, telephone number and email addresses of key decision makers. The elements strictly relating to the business such as business name and address, website and business telephone number are all free of any GDPR regulation, as they don’t fall into the personal data category. through tracking a company IP, you can use all the data Lead Forensics provides you with for B2B marketing purposes processed under the grounds of legitimate interest.

Social Media platforms

We operate social media platforms. These platforms are, in most cases, operated outside of the EU and do not comply with current Data Privacy Act and subsequent GDPR provision although they may well conform to the U.S Privacy Shield protocol.

It is our process and protocol that any personally identifiable data gathered on these platforms is only in response to users interacting out of their own volition with our marketing pages. The contact is deemed as a legitimate business enquiry. The personal contact data is removed from the site once the enquiry is processed or the user has requested so.

Analytics

Our website uses Google Analytics to collect information about how visitors use our website. We anonymize this data at the point of collection and automatically delete user and event data that is older than two years. This gives us the information to continue to produce a website that provides the most useful content to users. Google Analytics is GDPR compliant.
