It would arrive at the original location specified, and the customer would be in charge of re-routing the remaining product.

There have been instances like the preceding example; a customer requests a delivery location to change or to add a stop along the delivery line. We have re-routed product, we have moved containers around to accommodate a full tank waiting for the new opportunity to fill.
